Where is the Super Gigantic Bidenomics Victory Lap? [1]

Today was an UNBELIEVABLY great day of economy for our nation:

- The Dow hit its ALL-TIME high. Like the highest. Ever. In the history of stocks.

- Retail sales beat expectations (which brings a lot of economic Holiday cheer)

- The Fed indicated it might drop interest rates 3 times in 2024. (Which fuels stocks and home sales).

- Unemployment is at a near historic 3.7%. In fact, the labor market isn’t just holding steady. It grew by almost 200,000 jobs last month. (And that's adjusting for the Holidays.)

- And Inflation cooled to 3.1% with the Fed’s target rate of 2% now in sight.

Which begs the question: Where the hell are the Biden Administration and the Democrats?

Every single Democrat — from Kamala to Jeffries to Bernie to AOC to Schumer to Klochubar to Newsom to Fetterman to President Bidenomics himself — should be SATURATING the media right now about the economy. Yes, the Democrats are bad at messaging — and the Biden Administration is absolutely atrocious — but it’s almost criminal not to be screaming in glee about this economic news like a teen girl at a Taylor Swift concert.

So, go on Dems, get face time on all the networks. The Sunday shows. Blanket social media — even stupid Twitter X. Get those memes out there. Show them how Dark Brandon is pwning inflation and the economy. Heck, write way better Daily Kos stories than this one about how the Biden economy is working — and working hard for the American people.

So much of the economy is how people FEEL. And, yes, too many people don’t feel good about their financial situation. Inflation hit the working class particularly hard. That may be why the Democrats are reluctant to tout their successes. But a message of “Yes, times have been tough but our plan is working...AND HERE’S PROOF” is EXACTLY what they need to be doing, and doing big time.

1. Because it’s true. Unlike the Republicans the Democrats could rely on something called FACTS to prove their point.

2. Because it creates confidence. And confidence FUELS more economic growth.

3. Because hen people actually DO START FEELING GOOD, you’ve reinforced the message. So that you go from “our plan is WORKING” to “our plan WORKED.” That’s a message that can be a powerhouse in the ‘24 elections.

But you don’t get that benefit if you don’t don’t start talking about it.
