Three days after Navalny’s funeral, hundreds of people are standing in line to visit his grave — Meduza [1]

Mourners continue to visit the grave of Russian opposition politician Alexey Navalny, who was buried on Friday at Moscow’s Borisovskoye Cemetery. As of 3 p.m. Moscow time on Sunday, about 400 people were in line to lay flowers at his grave, according to Astra. Readers told Meduza that people of all ages are coming to pay their respects. Eyewitnesses report that despite the large turnout, the line is moving quickly. “Everything is calm, and there haven’t been any incidents,” they added. While a police van is stationed at the cemetery’s entrance, no officers are visible.
