Date Revision Affected Pages 2/21/2014 The 5-year relative survival tables by year of diangosis contained a year range that was incorrectly labeled. The year label '1999-2001' was corrected to read '1999-2002'. Tables in Chapters 2-27 that show five-year relative survival rates by year of diagnosis. Example: Table 2.8 (PDF, 11 KB) . 6/12/2013 Lifetime risk estimates were added to the Cancer Statistics Review. Pages presenting lifetime risk estimates were added to sections 1 through 27.
