Dylan started his career in Human Resources working at Target Corporation where he held multiple roles throughout the organization. While at NOLA Media Group, Dylan led the overhaul of it’s HR processes to include performance management, benefits and training. After leaving NOLA Media Group, Dylan became Director of Human Resources for KIPP New Orleans, a non-profit charter school system. There he supported employees at 13 schools throughout the region. Dylan has been a Louisiana state commissioned Notary Public since 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in business administration and a master’s degree from University of Phoenix in organizational management.
