The Real Trump Trial [1]

The case of the State of NY v Donald J. Trump continues this coming Monday (May 13). There is virtually no way anyone can predict if all twelve jurors will agree or if one will ‘hold out’ and not agree to convict him. And it takes ONLY ONE.

But that State Trial isn’t the most important one. Even if he IS convicted, the appeals will be immediate and prolonged, well after November. Even IF Judge Cannon surprises us all and does assume the bench instead of being a counsel for the defense (great Daily Kos cartoon about that), it is highly unlikely that the trial will be finished before November. Even IF SCOTUS EVER gets around to deciding whether or not Trump has total immunity (rather unlikely, but not inconceivable), Judge Chutkin will be hard pressed to conclude her trial before November. And the situation in Georgia seems even worse. And, as said before, this is not even considering the appellate processes in each and every one of these cases.

It doesn’t matter. The Real Trump Trial is having evidence introduced daily, thanks to the State of NY. The Real Trump Trial has literally millions of jurors, and the conviction decision is not dependent upon unanimity, but only a majority. That majority NEEDS to be a majority of the voters in November, sufficient to require their Electors in December to find Trump GUILTY of being a person TOTALLY UNSUITABLE TO BE PRESIDENT, and, therefore, to choose the only other reasonable alternative.

There are dozens of reasons to vote FOR JOE BIDEN. But the most important one is to by doing so find Donald J. Trump GUILTY.

Evidence will be heard by us, the jury, until November.
