Impartiality and Experience [1]

The following is a copy of my attachment to my Judical Complaint Form, which I sent to the Eleventh Circuit:

My complaint about Judge Aileen Cannon and desire to have her removed from the Trump Document case is based on the following:

President Trump appointed Judge Cannon to the bench. She owes him her lifelong job. She could return the favor by constantly ruling in his favor, as various news agencies have reported. Hypothetically, Judge Cannon could be biased in her decision toward Mr. Trump in hopes of getting appointed to a higher office should he become the next President.

2. Judge Cannon has been reversed twice by the Eleventh Circuit (Case: 22-1300) which demonstrated her inexperience with the issues at hand.

3. In February 2024, Prosecutor Jack Smith proposed a trial date of July 2024, and Trump’s attorneys’ countered with an August 2024 date. Judge Cannon selected May 20 as a trial date. On a recent news station, Judge Cannon indefinitely postponed the case due to unanswered motions. However, the motions were filed many weeks ago, and Judge Cannon refused to answer them, thus creating her delay.

For the above reasons, I request Judge Cannon be removed from the Trump Documents case and have it assigned to a more experienced, independent, and impartial judge.

In closing, the American people need to know what kind of person we may be putting into the most powerful position in the world. Is he a criminal as charged, or is he innocent. That’s something only the Courts can do and should be done prior to the upcoming election.
