Sparklies like during cold weather holidays, but why now? First

Do not troll the diary. If you hate pootie diaries, leave now. No harm, no foul.

Please do share pics of your fur kids! If you have health/behavior issues with your pets, feel free to bring it to the community.

Pooties are cats; Woozles are dogs. Birds... are birds! Peeps are people.

Whatever happens in the outer blog STAYS in the outer blog. If you’re having “issues” with another Kossack, keep it “out there.” This is a place to relax and play; please treat it accordingly.

There are some pics we never post: snakes, creepy crawlies, any and all photos that depict or encourage human cruelty toward animals. These are considered “out of bounds” and will not be tolerated. If we alert you to it, please remember that we do have phobic peeps who react strongly to them. If you keep posting banned pics...well then...the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.

Sparkli, how pretty still why now, mom?

Ah my little lass, Memorial Day is the when we commemorate those military women and men who have given their all—their lives — to save freedom in this country. They are not suckers and losers as tfg has named them. They are heroes, honorable and deserving of continuing remembrance and respect. OK, mom that sounds right, so glad we can do just that.

But hoomin why the pineapple?

Memorial Day is also the official start of summer — this was the only sparkli I could find — and after commemorations people have vacations, picnics, parties at lakes where the weather is warm and if there are no storms. Many storms this weekend with some people killed we say prayers for them and their families.

And for me after a hard day of lawn work or just coming home from errands its nice to have a sparkli to meet me at the back door, as if the house is saying good job, or just welcome home. Since summer isn’t my favorite time of year I’ll probably remove the word “summer”, I do love pineapple though.

That’s great mom, however is there some way a sign could remind you to bring home some turkey? You know how I love turkey and haven’t had some for a l-l-l-o-o-n-g time. Uh mom? Please mom?

BTW, the butterfly on my “naturalist display” accidently flew into my car [decades ago] leaving a window open the poor creature never made it out, so in perfect condition, I decided to preserve it.
