No, MAGoids, 38 Countries Have Not "Banned Trump" [1]

The latest howl echoing through MAGworld’s check-my-podcast crowd is that thirty-seven-or-eight countries have “banned Donald Trump” in a grand conspiracy organized by the Biden Crime Family to… something. Whatever it is, the Chinese Communist Party is in on it.

This gives me immense respect for said Crime Family, which somehow began America’s unilateral and later reciprocal prohibitions on entry by felons starting with the first Immigration Act of 1882. (I assume that was the work of a Crime Family ancestor, though the ‘Pubs tell me Joe’s pretty old...).

Today, the US is one of 38 countries that deny entry to felons or boot them when discovered.

US Customs and Border Patrol’s policy for exclusion of lawbreakers is rather fluid, relying on the customary but not legal category of “crimes of moral turpitude” as a red line. These are generally seen (in immigration law, at least) as crimes that would result in the convict serving at least a year in prison in the country where convicted.

Sadly, though each one of Convict Trump’s guilty charges could result in four years in the Big House, he’ll likely not suffer more than probation.

Worse still, as he’s already a citizen, we can’t just kick him out. And who’d have him, anyway? Look at that danged map.

Then again, there’s that big old country in the upper right that doesn’t seem to have a problem with turpitudinous visitors. Maybe he could build a nice tower there.
