Pride Month 2024 [1]

Hello Daily Kos

I was so busy celebrating and partying so hard the Transphobic Psychopath becoming a Convicted Felon and being found guilty of all 34 Felony Counts for the last two days that I almost missed writing something for Pride Month. Enough about him, now on to the main event. This is my first Pride Month in the state of Florida. It warms my heart seeing the Pride flags in Downtown Lakeland in Polk County despite Ron DeSantis’s repeated attempts to kill Pride Month and rename it Freedom Summer. As I continue my transition to becoming a woman. I noticed as my boobs are growing and my body is becoming more female. I feel something that I never felt before and that I am becoming beautiful as a swan instead of being ugly as I used to be. Pride Month to me means finally being able to be accepted and loved for who you truly are. Not having to put up a front and pretend to be something that you are not. I am slowly starting to take notice of all the cute guys in the state. But I guess that is a woman thing that I now am happy to feel. I apologize for going all over the place with this. But it is refreshing to finally embrace and be the woman I really am. With that Happy Pride Month and in five days Happy Birthday to me.
