Republicans on the Jury [1]

What amazes me about the verdict in Trump's three jury trials is the unanimity. The total number of jurors in all three trials was 30 (=9+9+12). Twenty-six percent of NYC residents are Republicans , so there must have been Republicans on these juries. (If jurors were chosen at random, there would be only 1 chance in 8000 that all 30 were non-Republicans.) Yet these Republicans voted to convict. Why?

My guess is that they spent two weeks outside of the Fox/OAN information bubble, listening to actual evidence. Trump’s lawyers had every opportunity to present the strongest possible case for the defense, yet these Republican jurors were unimpressed. What will happen when they explain their decision to friends and family? Will the infection spread?
