Trump's Conviction On The 34 Felonies Has Frightened But Not HUMBLED Him [1]

There has been a LOT of reporting and commenting on the interwebs and here on DK from people with FAR greater knowledge of the law than me.

All the same, this is purely MY take:

Judge Merchan can take EVERY bit of evidence of Trump’s actions and words to determine the sentence imposed. There is NO LACK of proof or examples in this regard. This includes but is NOT LIMITED to the MULTIPLE violations of Judge Merchan’s gag order.

I VERY STRONGLY believe that Trump will be sentenced to 1-2 years to begin IMMEDIATELY after sentencing. Each of the counts against him could result in up to 4 years each.

Incarceration for even just a week is what will break Trump and the GOP.

Trump’s state of mind for the next few weeks….

Yes, there IS the potential for violence from the MAGA Minions. TBH, I have been expecting that regardless this year.
