Just plain lying again or creeping senility?

Trump claims he never called for Hillary Clinton to be locked up Former president Donald Trump, who now awaits sentencing after being convicted on Thursday on 34 charges in his hush money trial, told Fox News that he never called for his 2016 presidential campaign rival, Hillary Clinton, to be sent to jail…. “I didn’t say ‘lock her up,’ but the people said lock her up, lock her up,” Trump said….

We all know that the Lyin’ King prevaricates as easily has he breathes (more easily, if he’s trying to engage in strenuous physical activity such as tossing a golf ball for a better lie), but something about this feels different.

I honestly think he doesn’t remember what happened eight years ago because he’s so lost in his adoring mob that he simply can’t distinguish his own thoughts, such as they are, from the echoing cheers that momentarily fill the emptiness inside him.
