A proposal to End Gun Violence Once and For All [1]

Here is my proposed text of an Amendment to the US Constitution to deal with the epidemic of gun violence now plaguing the country and the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the legality of bump stops. I believe in being concise and straight to the point:



Proposed Amendment XXVIII Section 1 The second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

I hope this will eliminate any misunderstandings among the Court as to where the majority of Americans stand on this issue in a way that even their tiny brains can understand.
