Potus fails Morality Test [1]

Justice Thomas overturns the ban on Bump-shot-equipped assault rifles on semantic grounds while ignoring the moral argument. The difference between a bump-shot-equipped rifle and a machine gun is a difference without a distinction. both utilize a mechanism to achieve the same effect. Both are killing machines. I've said it before and I'll say it again: there is no constitutional right to own a gun for self-defense or hunting. The second amendment only applies to "A well regulated militia" like the National Guard or State Police force. States already have many laws limiting the use and type of guns permitted for hunting. They have every right to pass laws limiting the use and possession of guns for self-defense as well.
