Hello! My name is Amy Trask, and I am a Democrat running to represent District 22 in the upcoming primary for the Florida House of Representatives. A mom, a wife, and a passionate public advocate, I will fight for equity, equality, and autonomy.



I have a background in civil disagreement, dialogues across differences, and conflict resolution. I currently work for Harvard’s Safra Center for Ethics, where I study civil disagreement programs throughout the country, and was invited to speak in Washington, DC last year about the importance of dialogue.



My campaign is a love letter to my children; I couldn’t continue watching from the sidelines as our elected leaders, who should be protecting us, became those we needed protection from, and the future my children were inheriting was getting more dystopian by the day.



Now more than ever, we need to flip the seat and bring real change to our district. We cannot afford to undervalue the importance of this seat.



I hope you’ll help us write a new chapter for Florida, and for 22.
