Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar files legislation to put convicted felon's mug on $500 bill [1]

Okay, we’ve got the Indian killer’s face on the $20 bill, but he was never indicted or found guilty for his crimes, and his face, thankfully, will eventually be replaced by Harriet Tubman’s. Yet while Trump is a convicted felon, business fraud, and rapist, that doesn’t stop Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar, the white supremacist and antisemite whose own siblings call an unhinged extremist, from introducing legislation to print a $500 bill with Trump’s mug, because the orange doofus is right up there in the same league with Washington, Lincoln, Franklin, and Tubman.

WTactualF? Gosar says the new bill will become a collector’s item, which will generate more money for the treasury and help offset inflation. Hey Fredo, inflation is trending down because of Democratic economic policies, and putting a criminal’s face on a bill few of us will ever see or use won’t nudge the inflation needle .00001 percent.

Gosar also spouts some nonsense about the new bill giving people more opportunity to “save and exchange goods and services.” What does that even mean? It sounds like he’s suggesting we’ll develop a barter economy because no one will part with their Trump money. And how could they? It’s common to hand a $50 or $100 bill to a store clerk, only to be told they can’t accept it. Imagine trying to buy just about anything with a $500 bill.

No, the only people who will use this bill, probably to light their Gran Habano cigars, are rich shitheads who donate millions to Trump because they expect to receive many more millions in return once he’s in the White House.

Trump also once thought it would be a good idea to add his face to Mount Rushmore, something the bootlicking Gosar would no doubt get behind. Rather than commemorate Trump on our currency, National Parks, or anything, he should be sitting in the clinker, and Gosar, who was as involved in the Jan. 6 plot as anyone else, should be his cellmate.
