Billionaires Love Puppies -- No Need to Worry [1]

There has been a lot in the news lately about TFG”s recent meet-up with the billionaires club, and his supposed poor showing with some big-time CEO’s opining that he was incoherent. On Friday it was also reported that the rooted in the 19th century, robber-baron era banking fortune heir— we are talking real old-money here folks -- Timothy Melon, cut a check for $50 million to El Cheeto.

I am calling 100% bullshit to the lazy reporting here. The simple fact is the rich folks who own 85% of this country, and to whom we pay a nickel on every dollar we spend feeding our families, aren’t really that worried about who wins the election. We should be looking at this sort of political theater as the veiled threat that it is. As in:

Don’t f^^k with us, or we will bury you. If not this time, then the next and the next…

There are some Dems who get this. Bernie, AOC, Katie Porter, Jamaal Bowman, Barbara Lee, and others do. But way too many, fearfully are seeking the easy compromise with these powerful forces.

Time to chose sides folks. Time for some real change and some real justice. Time to dethrone these SOB’s. Or we can roll over like puppies begging for a belly scratch.
