Debate questions for President Biden and Candidate Trump [1] ['This Content Is Not Subject To Review Daily Kos Staff Prior To Publication.'] Date: 2024-06-25 I don’t know if the debate will happen or if convicted felon Donald Trump will chicken out. I do know that if the debate does happen, the moderator will treat both President Biden and golf cheat Trump as if they were both men with serious policy ideas to benefit the American working man. You and I know that for this debate that description only applies to President Biden, whereas alleged spy Trump is more interested in exacting revenge and shielding himself from accountability. And we also know Trump won’t be doing that thing with Biden that he did with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton following her around the stage. But wouldn’t it be refreshing if the debate moderator treated each candidate with the precise level of seriousness he deserves? To give you an idea of what I’m getting at, I thought up some questions for President Biden and failed casino owner Trump. “Candidate Trump. There’s a whale swimming at 30 kilometers per hour and a windmill turning at 30 revolutions per minute. How long would it take the windmill to kill the whale?” I would provide a conversion to miles if it helps matters. “President Biden. Given the long history of American imperialism, what responsibility does America have towards the rest of the world?” “Candidate Trump. Of Lola Bunny and Lois Lane, which one would you have sex with?” “President Biden. Given the national security leaks that your predecessor is believed to have caused, what steps should our military and intelligence agencies take to mitigate the impact of those leaks?” “Candidate Trump. Have you visited the tomb of the late, great Hannibal Lecter?” “President Biden. What do you think should be done to catch the United States up to the rest of the world on STEM education?” “Candidate Trump. Would you consider Frederick Douglass as a running mate?” “President Biden. Given that a tariff is a double-edged sword, when do you think is the appropriate situation in which to impose a tariff?” You get the idea.
