Interesting Court Filing... June, 24 2024 [1]

On the night of June 24, 2024, this joint status update was filed with the court in DC.

The star witness of the Proud Boys trial for Seditious Conspiracy is STILL being a Chatty Cathy with prosecutors….

So what could he still be talking about, over a year after the trial?

Answer…

He is still cooperating with the government in likely one of two ways:

1. He will be a witness in Trump’s trial OR

(and this is more likely)

2. He is testifying or testified to a Grand Jury about people WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN CHARGED….

Reading the tea leaves, there is not much more to this. 120 days is a standard continuance, so could those charges be unsealed some time before September, so he could finalize his deal at his next status hearing?

So this has a long way to go, and some of it may depend on the immunity ruling, expected in the next few weeks.
