I've read a million stories about how the remaining criminal trials won't happen before Nov 5th... [1]

But something I have not read one word about is this:

Suppose that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris win on November 5th, which I believe is going to be the outcome.

Suppose that enough US House seats go to the Democratic candidates and on Jan 3, 2025, the Democrats sworn into Office in the US Congress are majorities in both houses of Congress.

So that no shenanigans can take place in the Capitol Building on Jan 6, 2025 and the counting of the Electoral Ballots is just another quadrennial peaceful passing of power to the next president (in this case the next term of the same President, Joe Biden).

Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida will have no president Trump to award her for keeping his trial from going forward before the election; because he will then be a loser of, well, a lot of things, including any chance to get back in political power, ever again.

The Georgia machinations to prevent the Fulton County DA, Fani Willis, from pursuing the trial of Donald Trump will no longer have a corrupt president to help them continue on in their efforts.

The DOJ Special Counsel, Jack Smith, will be able to complete his prosecution and trial of Trump for the historic breaching of the public trust and attempting to remain in Office regardless of his loss at the ballot box in 2020.

The remaining three criminal trials of Donald Trump will resume.

He may well be convicted of more crimes in those trials.

Sadly, I think we still have years of listening to the travails of the most corrupt president to have ever held the Office in the nation’s history.

Happily, the news of those travails will more than likely be bad news for Donald, very bad news is my great hope.
