Nate Silver: Trump likely winner in upcoming presidential election [1]

I’m sorry to post this, and I hope he is wrong. But this largely confirms would I have thought for the past several months.

I couldn’t read the whole thing because I’m not a paying member. But most of the article is here.

Note: Silver still thinks Biden has some chance. And, of course, his model isn’t infallible. But the fact that he’s comfortable saying Trump is the favorite to win is a reason for deep concern.

I was feeling relatively optimistic after the Fox poll a couple days ago. I even took a break from politics for a few days, which improved my mood even more. Now...not so much.

It’s truly disgusting. But better to live in a reality-based community than in a pretend one I suppose.
