In the event that TFG was allowed by the moderators to skip the question and belch more used food, Biden could have simply ignored that, and responded with, e.g.,

My opponent forgot to answer the question, so I'll tell you what his answer has been recently, and then respond. His answer would have been 'No, I won't accept yet another election defeat. I have a number of plans in place to assume power whether I'm elected or not.' Since American elections recently have been demonstrably free and fair (of the 500 or so documented cases of voter fraud in 2020, most were Republicans trying to vote for Trump more than once), I have no hesitation in accepting the outcome if I am not re-elected by the American People.
