I tried to avoid the debate tonight — I went to a fundraiser instead at a great restaurant. With friend I love. There were screens, no volume. I was ok. Then someone turned the sound on. I had a panic attack. So I left. Went to my community garden, that helped. Ok. I didn’t check the news until I got home. OMG so many doomers.

Then I found this tweet:
