What was missing last night, a clear opportunity to attack Trump and his lies.

Trump: "I didn’t have sex with a porn star, number one......"

(what Biden didn’t say, unfortunately, and was not prepared to say)

Biden: Did everyone hear that? Donald Trump says he didn't have sex with a porn star. He is telling you that … and he thinks by saying that ...we will believe it.

Donald Trump paid off $150 thousand for what then?

Falsified business records, why?

Tried to delay the case going to trial.

If he didn't have sex, why wasn’t he eager to go to trial and prove his innocence?

He attacked everyone in the court, the judge, the judge's daughter, the prosecutor, the government, the legal system that is the basis of law and order in this country. Over and over. Every day.

What didn’t Donald Trump do? What did Donald Trump refuse to do? What did he chicken out of?

Defending himself in the court with his own testimony. Take the stand in his own defense.

Tell the court and the nation “I didn't have sex with a porn star”.

Why?

Because in court ….. on the stand …. you are under oath. You have to tell the truth. Lying in court is a crime.

Friends he is not under oath tonight, remember that as he tells us more lies.
