IS AMERICAN DEMOCRACY FINISHED? [1]

I had hoped that Roberts and maybe Barret would see the danger in extreme Presidential Immunity, but they have goosestepped all over it. Hitler, after taking office had his toadies in the Reichstag pass the “Enabling Act”, which gave Hitler sweeping powers. Our Extreme Court has basically done the same for Trump. Immunity together with “Schedule F” dooms democracy and the rule of law itself. Trump will get the unlimited kleptocracy he wants, and his billionaire backers will get the nearly lawless plutocracy they have been grooming in the GOP, for years. At this point, with the Media and the courts basically in his pocket, it may not be possible to defeat Trump in November, a number of you out there are going to end up in some kind of Gulag, with no way out. I am saddened, I am in my 70’s and with Social Security Medicare and veterans' benefits slashed or eliminated, I probably will not live to see Democracy restored, and the surviving enablers tried and imprisoned.
