POWER SO SWEET SO FULL NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW I'M THE GOLDEN BOY [1]

“Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like him to be.”

This motivation presented by Justice Roberts to give the office of the presidency full immunity for 'official acts’ is quite simply insane in the face of the rule of law that defines this nation. It is patently and obviously so. It is beyond the pale in terms of a great legal mind. It is pedantic and contrary to reason.

Let me make the reality of Roberts lack of mental acuity perfectly clear. His own words "he may one day face liability for breaking the law". Roberts says this with a desire for the subject of his legal analysis to be BOLD AND FEARLESS AS WE WOULD LIKE HIM TO BE. Roberts is begging for, calling for, and ruling for the most powerful person in the world to be completely above the law. Breaking the law. Nothing in my entire life of living under the constitution of the US now in an eighth decade has ever leaned toward, validated, supported or accepted the idea that the POTUS could in any way flout the law under a cloak of "official act".

It's nuts. It sets up a world where war is inevitable. Putin is under indictment by the international court for starting and continuing an illegal war. That law is as clear as water is wet but the invasion was done as an official act by Putin. Roberts now wants to put the president of the US in that same boat. And where does that come from? What leads Roberts and his equally dull minded cohorts to this place? A psychopath who broke laws left and right while POTUS who is now under indictments that Roberts has crippled. Meanwhile the psychopath is pressing to regain the power of the presidency which would give him immediate unlimited power. Power that he would wield like a Pol Pot, A Hitler, A Mussolini and yes his hero Putin.

Roberts is insane in his thinking....

" Bold and fearless as we want him to be" "He might not be "if he knew... "he may face liability for breaking the law". "breaking the law". Roberts is the ultimate Black Beard as he just made the rule of law walk the plank in favor of a psychopath seeking the now unlimited power of the US presidency so he can break laws with impunity.
