Uhm, Biden IS the President King Now. And, Will Be Until at LEAST Jan. 20, 2025. Think. About. That. [1]

First, I recommend you read this nice summary of Sotomayor’s dissent offered by KeithDB.

Ok. This decision not good for holding MAGA Man accountable for his past deeds, although there is hope, because they threw it back to the lower court to figure it out.

Thing is, Biden is President.*

SCOTUS just gave Biden all that immunity. All that power.

Biden has all that power now, July 1. Biden will have all that power up to Nov. 5. Y’know right up to Election Day. Think about how he can influence, oh, I don’t know, state elections in PA and AZ by instructing his AG, under the core powers of the Presidency, to do, well, whatever the hell he wants.

Let’s say he loses. I don’t think he will, but hey, let’s say he does.

Biden will have have all that power on Jan 6, 2025. Think about how he can influence, oh, I don’t know, the certification process. SCOTUS just told us, as long as it within the outer sphere of his presidential authority, hey, have at it.

Biden will have that power right up to Jan 20, 2025. Think about that.

So, take a deep breath and think about all of that.

Look, I do not share the same opinion of some/many about the fragility of our democracy, or that SCOTUS made, not the Shit Stain, but the President, ANY PRESIDENT, a King. But if you think it did, well...

Biden is the President King. And I really don’t think he’ll allow the Orange Shit Stain to ruin our country.

*And if he isn’t because he steps down, or get’s 25th, just sub in Queen Harris.
