We Are No Longer A Nation Of Laws [1]

America is no longer a nation of laws. The President is now above the law that he may enforce whimsically against the peon citizens of this nation who are no longer his equal under the law. Future Presidents are now free to use illegal means to retain power when they lose an election.

Today the Supreme Court ruled that a President enjoys presumptive immunity for anything within the outer perimeter of his official acts. While unofficial acts are not immune the court defines the scope of official acts broadly. So broadly as to effectively frustrate almost all prosecutions of a President. The case has been remanded back to the District Court where the government bears the burden of rebutting the presumption in favor of immunity the President enjoys to the exclusion of any other American.

The corrupt nature of this decision should not be understated. Two justices whose wives supported an insurrection today cast the deciding votes that the man who led that insurrection cannot be prosecuted.

To be clear, there is a two tier system of justice in America. One for the President, and one for all the other peons in this country, beneath a Court anointed King who is effectively above all laws.
