Who makes the determination of what is an official act?

Laws are suppose to apply to ALL not some with certain positions.

This makes someone like Trump able to jail or shoot Americans for retribution.

Oh no...This cannot stand and we must not let that decision stand if we have to stand outside the Supreme Court screaming……...Equal Protection.

If this is allowed, it is not President Biden we have to worry about but clearly a former president who said they would be Dictator from day one should worry every single minute about that lawlessness is OK for some. If you are President can you shoot someone in the middle of 5th avenue?
