How much time are you spending on the internet trying to persuade America to stop Fascism?

If you think pontificating on KOS is gonna sway the electorate to your view, hold on to your stock in the Brooklyn Bridge.

I had a kid lay it out simply in a conversation about this. The slang they use is “ Go touch some grass” It is meant for people who think they have a pulse on the world and are gonna help it by being online. The armchair quarterbacking and “should” ing gets outta hand. People loose touch with reality and how to interact with the world from being online all the time. They also don’t get natural cues as to how to be persuasive. they need to get out of the house and go into the world.

I disagree with fellow Kossacks on quite a lot. I know that we are on the same side and disagreement is good — because real strength is in diversity.

Real strength is in diversity — Most of us here would agree with this notion. This idea is incorporated in a majority of posts on any given topic all day long by the readership.

Now apply that line of thought to your communication. If the majority of your time making your case about the state of affairs and the what people need to do is online: What do you expect as an outcome? If you take solace that you “did my part” as an online commenter……. what have you accomplished.

Turn off the computer and go touch grass
