"Trump sentencing delayed until Sept. 18 'if such is still necessary': judge" [1]

The above was a headline that just popped up on my social media feed. The following is the first paragraph.

“Former President Donald Trump's sentencing in New York has been pushed back from July 11 to Sept. 18 — if it happens at all.

In a letter on Tuesday, New York Justice Juan Merchan responded to an unopposed request from Trump's attorneys to delay sentencing in light of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that the former president enjoyed some immunity for acts he made while in office.”

“Some immunity for acts he made while in office”. So my question is, what the fuck does that have to do with the Manhatten criminal case? He committed those crimes BEFORE the 2016 election. He was not president at the time. So why is anyone talking about presidential immunity?

The sky was yellow and the sun was blue. Up is down, black is white, and wrong is right. This is where we have come to because of that evil sob.

Makes me want to puke.
