ANZSOG Information session: Deputies Leadership Program [1] [] Date: 2024-05 This online information session is for anyone interested in the Australia and New Zealand School of Government’s (ANZSOG) Deputies Leadership Program. Our Deputies Leadership Program is designed specifically for early stage Deputy Secretaries, Deputy CEOs and Deputy Directors-General or equivalent (up to around 2 years’ experience). It challenges and guides participants to explore what is required of the Deputy role to be effective and resilient leaders who build cultures of integrity, trust and collaboration in changing times. The program blends insights drawn from both academic thinking and practical experience in a collaborative learning environment. It puts Deputies in the room with peers and with senior leaders and practitioners who’ve been there, understand what it’s like to be a Deputy, and can speak candidly about their experiences. In 2024, the program will be wholly face-to-face, in two modules – the first in Brisbane, 31 July–2 August, and the second in Melbourne, 2-4 September. Applications are now open and will close 23 June.
