About the Role As a Timetable Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of examinations by collaborating with the Team Lead, Data and Systems to create semesterly timetables and leveraging the capabilities of Exams Manager by Databee (Filemaker solution). You'll be responsible for configuring, testing, and analysing the system's functionalities across various scenarios. Additionally, you'll liaise with internal stakeholders to design integrations, test data flows, and assist in data mapping. Furthermore, you'll conduct insightful reporting on Examinations and Graduation activities, performing data analysis to identify potential errors impacting these processes. Your new team – Student and Scholarly Services - Graduations and Examinations Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
