Secretary Blinken to Participate in a Conversation at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy [1]

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will join Baker Institute for Public Policy Director Ambassador David Satterfield for a wide-ranging conversation about foreign policy and U.S. national security strategy as part of the Baker Institute’s Shell Distinguished Lecture Series on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. CDT / 7:00 p.m. EDT at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Former Secretary of State James A. Baker III will deliver opening remarks.

The event is open to registered media and will be streamed live on the Department homepage and YouTube channels.
