To use the template, create a quark folder in the templates folder,
upload the index.html file, open the admin panel,
select the site page to edit, and specify this template in the
settings below
to change the footer, edit footer.txt in the includes folder.
Using the same principle, edit about.txt and replace the
information there with your own.
