Your post will get me to give a listen to the Playins from 9-21-72 and 9-27-72 to see which one I like better but the last time I listen to the Playin from 9-21-72, it blew me away. Just about everything I've heard from that 9-21-72 show has blown me away. Even the Beat It On Down The Line smokes! As for whether it has the greatest Dark Star of late '72, the ones from 12-11-72 and/or 11-13-72 may or may not have it beat since all three of those Dark Stars are killer. It's long past time that this is a DP. Bill ------------------------------ From: "Andrew Murawa" Subject: Re: 9/21/72 B&P offer! Date: Wed, 5 Oct 2005 20:43:13 -0400 What's going on out there? Just wondering what's going on out in the world these days from a deadhead's perspective. There is so much stuff that is happening one can not comprehend it all. How is Seattle doing? What is going on in Arizona? What's the buzz in Colorado? Anyone in the group from Alaska? Alaska, what a state. ya never hear to much about that state. That is one place I might not go to in my lifetime. I don't know why. I know what is "not" going on around here, and that is rain. There has been no rain this summer around here. When I cut through the town of Englishtown to go to the flea market each week I notice acre's & acre's of corn that has dried up because of the lack of rain. I am sure that is all over this state. East coast? So much for the garden state. We should be getting some rain all day Friday into all day Saturday. It might be kinda to late though. My landscaper buddy has lost over $5000.00 this season because of the lack of rain. No rain means no growth of grass and no cutting of lawns. Some places in the south east are over 2000 burdened with too much water. Strange world we live on. I wonder if this rainless season that we had will have an effect on the fall foliage this season? Will there be one? How healthy are those trees. It should be coming up pretty soon, right? I hope it is in time when I travel up north for my Kimock shows. That would be cool. There is nothing like a drive through the north east New England area during fall foliage. NOTHING!!! It truly is one of the wonders of being on earth. What's that you people in California have no fall foliage? What a shame. I think I would rather take the change of the 4 seasons verses having great weather years round. I could also do with out the earthquakes. California has been dormant for a while. Something is going to happen soon. It has been to quiet for a while. What's going on out there? Just trying to shoot the breeze. Shoot the breeze, where did that come from? I don't know. Just shootin the breeze? I'm sorry, I'll stop. booie........... .. ..
