The number for pittsburgh civic arena tickets is (412)333-7328.  There
are other places that are "Choice Seat" outlets, but I don't know if
you can call them and charge tickets.  It more fun to stay out for
dead tickets anyway.  The phone lines for tickets start answering at 
9 a.m., I don't know what time tickets officially go on sale that day
(the times are usually not the same, ticket sales usually open at 10
i.e. I am late for work).

And also for your listening enjoyment, a semblance of a seating chart
for the civic arena - (It is really much more circular than this...)

	I also have floor space, nice couch and shag rug for two or
	three people who don't mind sleeping in the same room - cheap, 
	too, all you have to do is find me after the show.  I live 
	about fifteen minutes drive from the arena (actually I guess
	its more with all the post show traffic).
