Long long ago, I uploaded the various .snd files that now live on your
/sounds directory. (Thanks for keeping em!)
Well anyway, I thought maybe that it would be nice to remind people that
they don't have to have a NeXT or a SUN to listen to them. I have uploaded
plany12.zip, which will make a darned good effort to plany any sound file,
regardless of the format. (I didn't write it--it's also available on
wuarchive.) Plany will work on any IBM compatible with a soundblaster
or similar card.

So, If you have a NeXT, play the .SND files directly, and rename the .au ones
to .SND

If you have a SUN, play the .au files directly, and rename the .SND ones to .au

IF you have a PC with a Soundblaster card, you don't rename them at all. 
Just type "plany filename"
