Peeps, those oddly addictive marshmallow candies that look like
conjoined chicks with a staring problem, are usually the last thing
left in the Easter basket. This holiday, turn them into a cocktail
garnish with this festive riff on the Aviation.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz  Old Tom gin
  1/2 oz  Creme de violette
    1 oz  Fresh lemon juice
  3/4 oz  Simple syrup

 Garnish  Peeps marshmallow candies

   Glass  Coupe or cocktail

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-
chilled.

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with 2 Peeps marshmallow candies.
