Red Red "Vine"

Neil Diamond would surely approve of this gin, grape and mint
cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

   2 oz  Bulldog GIn
     12  Fresh Concord grapes
      2  Mint leaves
1 slice  Fresh ginger
      3  Lemon wedges
  1 tsp  Raw sugar
         Club soda

Garnish  1 Mint leaf and a grape cluster

  Glass  Highball

DIRECTIONS

In a shaker, muddle the grapes.

Add the remaining ingredients except the club soda and fill with ice.

Shake well and double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh
ice.

Top with club soda and garnish with a mint leaf and a grape cluster.
