espRst update for ZX-Uno

Wifi addons shipped unitialized from the box.

Before use it you should use sepparate wifiinit.tap(made by
 yombo) to configure chip.

When I soldered new WiFi addon I'm lost too much time to
find this util(sorry, yombo, but it'll need once per one
WiFi addon). 

Now I've updated .esprst utility and it should configure
UART and WiFi modes for ESP-chip now. 

Also, I've added flow logging, and now you may init any
WiFi addon for ZX-Uno with my usual espRST utility. 

I haven't too much time now but I'm planning make
GUI network manager(that will initialize WiFi chip
too - to simplify usage for usual users - just run
tap file, select network, enter password... and use apps).
