North Carolina Paper Calls For Bill Veto: Both houses of the North 
Carolina legislature passed a bill that requires court clerks to advise 
applicants for domestic-violence protection orders on how to obtain 
concealed-weapon permits. The Winston-Salem Journal is calling for a 
veto of the bill.
