Is Hawaii CCW Around The Corner?: Firearm purchases are increasing in 
Hawaii with the Honolulu Police Department issuing over 10,000 permits 
in 2004. With dealers reporting that the increase in sales is primarily

Plea Bargain In Las Vegas Self-Defense Shooting: An Iraq War veteran 
killed one assailant and wounded her partner when they opened fire on 
him with a pistol. It appears that authorities in Las Vegas are using 
the fact that he lacked a CFP to require him to undergo counseling. 
"This was self-defense; they fired at him first," Chief Deputy District 
Attorney Chris Owens said before Matthew Sepi, 20, told a Las Vegas 
judge that he agreed to the plea deal.

New Hampshire man was justified in shooting a naked man wo had broken 
into his home and was headed for his son's bedroom. One can only hope
