University Of Utah To Appeal In Federal Court: The Utah Supreme Court 
struck down the University policy outlawing firearms on campus Friday. 
However, University administrators say they will continue to enforce the 
anti-gun policy while the issue is resolved in federal court...While 
Young is set on maintaining a gun-free campus, state officials say 
students who bring guns on campus are legally protected. Mark Shurtleff, 
Utah Attorney General, said if the University tries to enforce the ban 
it could face serious legal repercussions.

Strange Story: A Florida couple was detained in Aspen CO, after two 
apparently undeclared handguns were detected in luggage they had checked 
for a flight home. The Colt and S&W .38 Special revolvers, which they 
said they had brought to Aspen as a precaution against bears, were
