Fragmentation

One of the things I've been realizing slows me
down a lot is how bad my memory is and how much
context switching between projects kills me.

Reading the book Make Time made me realize that
this isn't just a me problem but a broader one
that, I think, just happens to hit me harder.

I'm trying to be better about taking notes on
all the random ideas in my head and seeing if I
can tag them somehow so I can find them again
better.

I'm still using org-mode for organizing my
exo-bean and using my physical journals for more
free flowing brainstorming and journaling.
