Tea --- I used to be a much more avid tea drinker than I am now. I had this lovely little clear glass cup with a built in strainer and I'd drink lapsang sochong basically all day, with only a single cup of coffee in the morning. Since I've been working from home for years now the availability of my french press and electric kettle, as opposed to just a sink and a hot water spigot, means I've been drinking far more coffee in the past few years than I ever did in my life. I'm working my way back down to a single cup of coffee in the morning and, to scratch the itch of having something warm and strong tasting, trying to drink more tea again. It's funny, right, how these little things shape our lives: we build our habits around the little conveniences and easy paths that our environment creates.
