a rare product plug =================== Dear reader, gentle reader, if you know me at all you might know I have really bad insomnia. I generally have next to no sleep schedule and can only stay asleep for maybe three or four hours at a time. This is true no matter how little caffeine I consume. No matter how many hours I spend working out to wear myself out. Well for the past few nights I've been using a weighted blanket. Not even a huge one. Just a 15lb blanket. And I've actually been sleeping. I still wake up in the night but I actually am getting back to sleep! This is incredible! Not even ambien was a match for my insomnia and a flipping blanket is doing the trick. I do expect that I'll still have nights of bad sleep, I'm still me, but sleeping multiple days in a row is pretty much unheard of for me.
