That's the nice thing about LiteXP - they took out most everything that could be an attack vector. No IE, no Outlook Express, none of the internet bits that could be used as a vector. I felt like when I ran it that the only attack surface was the apps I ran. As long as I limited what I ran on it, I felt confident it'd be OK.
