Most of those mods from back in they day we made internal to RG over the last 20 years. So I don't really know what could be made as a "mod" anyways. Strings are all external, Files.bbs importer, internal Oneliner, last caller, user list, multinode configurable ansi/data. Only shit we get is making the menus a data file (which is 99% nicer than having the all those .mnus), but still get shit about it. People are lazy I guess and want to just drop a menu in and use it, what they don't realize all they have to do is manually enter that menu into the editor and it works the same as before. I think one thing I've put off for years, is maybe a menus.dat decompiler and thena recompiler into menus.dat to make this "not a problem" ... but I just don't have it in me to bother with it, as it doesn't "affect" me. :) Oh well, it's been a run 21 years with the RG code I received from Patrick when all I wanted was a toggle option to be able to turn off some new user logon questions that weren't needed anymore. Then we have the fun people of Jas Hud sit there tell people how it was and how it is, like he was there. Like he setup my old renegadebbs.info website when I dumped it for rgbbs.info and shit talks on it. I guess there will always be assholes in the bbs world. :) --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 2021/12/25 (Windows/32) * Origin: d i s t o r t i o n // d1st.org (911:1423/0) .
