I may be misremembering, but I don't think I've ever released a Renegade mod in my life. :)

All of my actual doors have 16 bit versions that support DOOR.SYS and DORINFO.DEF via FOSSIL, however, so they should all work fine with DOS and OS/2 Renegade builds.

The real reason is, people tend to mod what they're running and/or playing with, and none of the members of Demonic run Renegade. There are only 3 of us right now, however. Maybe if we can convince Sloop to come back, he can crank out some Renegade mods like it's 1996 again. :P

(and for the record, I'd love to release some Renegade mods!)
